Job Summary: Coempt EduTeck is looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our Examination Business and Delivery at a client location. His/Her primary role is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. His/her primary role is to maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness, timelines and Delivery, ultimately leading to client Satisfaction Responsibilities Taking care of End to End Examination process * Ensuring the timely delivery as per client’s requirements Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Recruit, train and supervise the resources Find ways to increase quality of customer service Requirements and skills Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role In examination Services Knowledge of Examination process Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Any Degree Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Operations: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
