Project Head - Civil

As a Project Head, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects in Mumbai/Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. - Overseeing multiple construction sites to ensure adherence to design, safety, and regulatory standards. - Managing and mentoring a team of junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors. - Collaborating with architects, consultants, and vendors to align projects with design specifications. - Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures. - Ensuring compliance with building codes, permits, and legal regulations. - Implementing effective risk management and problem-solving strategies to mitigate project delays. - Reporting project progress and key updates to senior management and stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: BE/Masters in Civil Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 10+ years in the construction industry, focusing on commercial or residential projects. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and site operations. - Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams. - Project Management Skills: Proficiency in handling budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination. Preferred skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
