Job Description

Position - Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    site visits

      for monitoring project progress, validating on-ground readiness, and resolving site-level challenges.
  • Follow up with vendors

    to ensure timely delivery of assets as per the project schedule.
  • Project planning

    and execution to ensure handover within the defined timelines (1518 days).
  • Ensure

    POs

     are raised in advance for all assigned sites; if pending, follow up to initiate the PO process without delay.
  • Track and maintain records of

    all asset deliveries

    to ensure no delays in execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with

    Real Estate, Operations, and other internal stakeholders

    to align project milestones and resolve interdepartmental dependencies.
  • Manage

    end-to-end project coordination

    , including planning, execution, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Ensure

    timely conversion of all invoices to GRN

     in coordination with finance and procurement teams.
  • Contribute to

    streamlining internal processes

    for consistent operational efficiency.
  • Support initiatives to

    enhance employee satisfaction and productivity

    through smooth execution of project deliverables.

Functional Objectives:

  • Ensure all POs are processed

    on time

    to prevent project delays.
  • Achieve

    project execution and handover within 15–18 days

    for each assigned site.
  • Streamline processes

    to support consistent and scalable operations.
  • Foster a

    collaborative and productive work environment

    with internal teams and external partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Vendor management and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes (PO, GRN, invoicing)
  • Familiarity with operational and real estate functions is a plus

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination, asset deployment, or operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google sheet ,Project Planning Tools, and internal ERP systems preferred & Zoho.
