Project Executive

Role Overview: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products that meet regulatory and customer requirements. Your role will involve assisting in the development of project plans, monitoring project progress, coordinating project meetings, preparing progress reports, facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, and supporting collaboration across different departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on status and potential issues. - Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. - Prepare and distribute regular progress reports and project updates to team members and stakeholders. - Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for New Product Development activities. - Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues. - Support collaboration across different departments and external partners involved in the projects. - Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
