Project Execution

As a Project Execution professional at Powai West, your primary responsibility will be the efficient execution and finishing of various project tasks. You will be required to conduct Mivan Shuttering checking to ensure line, level, and plumb accuracy, as well as oversee the execution of water proofing. Coordinating with MEP activities and handling billing certification for all vendors will be crucial aspects of your role. Your duties will also include managing WO Amendments, material selection, conducting meetings with stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation control for project drawings and SOPs. You will need to cross-check and verify estimated quantities for bills and manpower, as well as coordinate with architects and consultants to address technical difficulties. In addition, you will be involved in creating sample flats, managing finishing activities of tower flats, and providing daily reports to the line manager while planning for the next day's activities. Ensuring quality work with standard procedures, documenting project progress through DPR, WPR, checklists, pour cards, and rosters, and overseeing RCC work and slab completion cycles will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for studying drawings, communicating with consultants and architects for technical issues, estimating bill quantities, arranging necessary resources and materials for execution, and planning day-to-day activities in alignment with the project schedule.
