Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor industrial automation projects for assembly lines from concept to commissioning
Coordinate with design, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and robotics teams
Support installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of automated assembly lines
Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, quality, and safety standards
Prepare and maintain project documentation, layouts, BOQs, and technical reports
Liaise with vendors and system integrators for procurement and technical support
Troubleshoot issues during assembly, installation, and production ramp-up
Conduct FAT, SAT, and support customer acceptance processes
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and company policies

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Experience in industrial automation and assembly line projects
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLCs (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi)
Understanding of sensors, actuators, VFDs, HMIs, and control panels
Familiarity with conveyors, material handling systems, and robotic automation
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Exposure to commissioning, debugging, and production support
