As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are validated as per specifications and released, implementing engineering programs based on customer requirements, overseeing project milestones and budgets, and coordinating various technical activities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that products are completely validated as per specifications and released - Plan and implement engineering programs, activities, and milestones according to customer requirements - Develop and maintain a schedule and budget for assigned engineering projects - Provide reports on the status of project milestones and adjust schedules accordingly - Control expenditures within project budget limitations - Coordinate the preparation and delivery of project deliverables including internal and external samples, design documents, and customer deliverables - Coordinate and create deliverables for bid packages regarding engineering - Assign and oversee project personnel to specific phases or aspects of the project - Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements - Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems - Direct integration of technical activities and products - Responsible for technical analysis of risks and errors, preparation of proposals, and implementation of technical changes - Implement and manage the Development Team Meeting responsible for change control management Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronic Engineering - 8+ years of experience in the automotive/automobile industry - Preferred: Background as a Project Engineer/Product Engineer in Seat Structures and Mechanisms *Please note that the mentioned benefits package may vary slightly per location.,
