Job Overview:

Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth progress of work.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Verify contractor bills and material consumption.
Handle procurement coordination and inventory management for site materials.
Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and compliance.
Ensure the project meets the desired timelines, budget, and aesthetic standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience:
5–8 years in residential / luxury bungalow / villa projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing works, interiors, and MEP coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel, and quantity estimation.
Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience handling high-end / private residence projects.
Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with on-site decision-making ability.
