Job Summary:

Project Engineer Finishing & Structural Work

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Execution:

• Supervise RCC activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing.
  
• Ensure execution as per structural drawings, IS codes, and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely work execution.
  
• Monitor daily progress and resolve site-level technical issues.
  

Finishing Work Execution:

• Oversee all finishing activities such as blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, ceiling, door/window fittings, and facade works.
  
• Maintain high-quality standards as per approved specifications and timelines.
  
• Prepare and close snag lists before handover.
  

Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in daily/weekly planning, reporting, and coordination with the Project Manager.
  
• Work closely with MEP, Quality, and Planning departments for smooth execution.
  
• Track material availability and labor productivity.
  

Quality & Safety:

• Ensure all structural and finishing works meet quality norms.
  
• Follow and enforce safety standards and PPE usage on-site.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and report non-compliances.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  1–5 years in high-rise residential/commercial construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project execution methods
  
• Excellent team handling, site supervision, and communication skills
  
• Experience in both structural and finishing works is mandatory
