Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
Basic technical understanding of various engineering disciplines like Civil, Electrical, Process, Piping etc.
Should have minimum 5+ Years of experience in handling Small & mid-size projects independently.
Should have experience in Petrochemical/Chemical industry/Power industry/Energy/Water Management/Biofuels
Experience on Microsoft Projects Planning is required, helping to Prepare and track projects on MSP.
Efficient usage of MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams etc).
Should be a team player for better collaborating with various teams

Responsibilities

Responsible for tracking performance of the assigned project engineering activities with regard to scope, schedule, budget and related KPIs (OTD, Productivity, etc.).Independently working on assigned systems.
Coordinate technical interfaces between various disciplines, third parties and the Client.
Coordinate regular Taskforce meetings to have close control on the project progress and ongoing challenges.
Identify resource needs, prepare MPP and regularly review/align with Resource Management, Project Planner and Cost Controller. Ensure Engineers are mobilised/on boarded and demobilised according to the project schedule.
Creation and management of MDL(Master Documents List) & tracking of it for timely delivery
Record & coordinate changes to scope using the Change Management process and communications.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the QA and HSE with respect to all deliverables.
Ensure to share lessons learnt across disciplines and also collected at end of the Project.
Prepare & track project-specific files, so that they are compiled in a clearly auditable.
