Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Oversight:Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Quality Assurance:Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Technical Leadership:Review technical designs and drawings, provide technical advice, and solve technical difficulties on-site.
Coordination and Communication:Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and site crews to ensure smooth project execution.
Budget and Schedule Management:Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
