Project Engineer (Interior Fit-Out Works)

POSITION: Interior Fit-Out Works Type Of Projects: Hotel Interior-Fit outs works Location: As per Site Requirement Job Responsibilities- ⦁ Quantification before starting of Works – PO Qty / Actual Qty ⦁ Material Indent Item Wise for Complete Job ⦁ Bar Chart & Cash Flow Chart for all sites and identify leaks and rectify them ⦁ Manage Client, PMC, Contractors & Company Workers ⦁ Maintain all the compliances required as per the Work Order ⦁ Meetings with Clients, Architect & ID ⦁ Coordinate with vendors and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. ⦁ Is accountable for the day-in and day-out of site works, needs to manage site labour, and also future predict the requirements of resources that are manpower, material and equipment. Needs to communicate with back office and arrange the above said as and when required. ⦁ Ensure timely mobilisation of Resources (Manpower, Material and Equipment). ⦁ Needs to be well-versed with Autocad.
