Project Engineer Civil + PEB - Igatpuri

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and monitor civil and PEB project activities.
  
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for design and execution.
  
• Ensure completion within approved budget and time frame.
  

2. Civil & Structural Works

• Oversee foundation, RCC, flooring, road, and drainage works.
  
• Inspect and verify reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete quality.
  
• Manage finishing works like painting, plastering, and masonry as per standards.
  

3. PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Structures

• Review PEB design, fabrication drawings, and erection methodology.
  
• Coordinate with PEB vendors for manufacturing, dispatch, and on-site erection.
  
• Monitor alignment, bolting, and welding as per quality norms.
  
• Ensure compliance with design load, structural stability, and installation accuracy.
  

4. Site Coordination & Supervision

• Manage site execution teams, contractors, and vendors.
  
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety norms.
  

5. Quality & Safety Management

• Implement QA/QC standards for civil and structural works.
  
• Conduct inspection and testing of materials (cement, steel, concrete, etc.).
  
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.
  

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  
• Maintain all project-related documentation and as-built drawings.
  
• Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of

  Civil Construction & PEB systems

• Expertise in

  project scheduling, cost control, and site management

• Familiarity with

  AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera

  , and structural drawings.
• Sound understanding of

  IS codes, design standards, and quality systems

• Excellent
