Project Engineer Civil (Hotel Project)

As a Project Engineer Civil for a prestigious hotel project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, your role will involve overseeing various aspects of the project to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating RCC, structural, and architectural works on-site, working closely with multiple contractors and teams, enforcing safety and quality control measures, collaborating with local subcontractors and vendors, preparing daily progress reports, and handling additional project-related responsibilities as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate RCC, structural, and architectural works on-site. - Ensure daily progress and target-based execution by multiple contractors. - Work closely with MEP and finishing teams for seamless project integration. - Enforce safety and quality control as per IS codes and project standards. - Collaborate with local subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain workflow. - Prepare and share accurate daily progress reports with management. - Handle additional project-related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 8-10 years of experience with reputed developers/contractors. - Proven track record in hospitality or resort projects. - Strong familiarity with Jodhpur/Rajasthan construction practices, climate considerations, materials, and vendor ecosystem. - Solid understanding of daily site operations and inter-trade coordination. - Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. - Excellent reporting and presentation skills. In addition to the above, candidates must have strong knowledge of the local construction ecosystem in Jodhpur/Rajasthan, as the working conditions, materials, and vendor dynamics are unique to this region.
