Job Purpose : Execution of civil Projects / Structural / Landscape works @ site

Key Responsibilities:

Studying Structural / Architectural / Interior / Landscape drawings
Value Engineering at Site.
Co-ordination with PMC / MEP & Interior Team members for the timely completion of the project
Execution of Civil / Structural / Interior / Civil Finishes works
Bill certification
Ensuring quality execution as per the schedule
Understanding Contract documents / BOQ.

Candidate profile:

B.E (civil) / B.Tech (Civil) / B.Arch with 5-8 years of experience
Diploma in Civil Engineering above 8 Years of experience.
AutoCAD / MS Excel
MS Project / Prima Veera

Desired Industry:

Hotels & Resorts /Hospitality / High end residents, Villas / Commercial complex
Experience of working in remote sites
Experience of working with reputed contractors.
