Project Engineer (Civil), 1 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to oversee and manage all civil maintenance and repair works across multiple retail store locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, a solid understanding of civil maintenance tasks, and the ability to coordinate work efficiently with vendors and technicians.Age should be below 40.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil and maintenance work across retail outlets
• Conduct routine inspections and identify areas needing repair or maintenance
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely execution
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Prepare and maintain reports on work progress, site status, and material requirements
• Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with the management team
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and within deadlines

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI (Civil)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in site supervision or maintenance roles
• Strong knowledge of civil works, plumbing, basic electricals, and general building upkeep
• Ability to read technical drawings and handle on-site coordination
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in maintaining commercial or retail properties
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict timelines
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards
