Job Description

Project Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop
detailed AutoCAD drawings
and design documentation for retail fit-out projects
Use
Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw
for layouts, signage, and branding presentations
Conduct
site visits
to take measurements, monitor progress, and ensure design compliance
Assess
contractor workmanship
and coordinate site execution as per design standards
Prepare and manage
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
and material specifications
Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
materials, finishes, and design trends
specific to retail spaces
Ensure brand consistency and functional efficiency across all design.

2 to 4 years experience in designing of retail projects like KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, CCD etc.
