Job Description

Support to sales division for preparation of basic / concept architectural design, master plans, tender drawings, and material specifications.

Support to project division for preparation of working drawings, detailed layouts, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, 3D views, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other service consultants.

Support to consultancy division for preparation of design briefs, architectural concepts, space planning, material selection, statutory compliances (as per local bye-laws, NBC norms), tender drawings, BOQ, estimates, tender documents, bid evaluations, drawing approvals, site inspections, and certification of work completion.

B.Arch / D.Arch + Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years.
