B. Arch / Architects / Interior Design Graduates / Diploma with minimum 3 to 6 years of professional experience

Roles & Responsibility

As an executive/ senior executive, your role encompasses working on the concept and detail drawings as per defined timelines. You would seek the advice of the Project Lead & the Team Lead and would also coordinate with other Incubis team members for project delivery.

Your Responsibilities shall include:

Project Delivery & Technical Skills:

>Understand design brief & identify clients priorities and challenges.

>Determine clients preferences regarding themes / look & feel, materials, colours, etc.

>Prepare and present design concepts, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed design + construction schedule.

>Create detailed drawings integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations; present plans to clients for review and approval.

>Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining legal and safety compliance.

Collaboration & Multitasking Skills:

>Work independently and collaboratively within project teams to deliver projects on time as per clients specifications.

Continuous Learning:

>Consistently upskilling to maintain relevance as per assigned work.

> Knowledge of various design software and ability to use them creatively (Candidates with REVIT knowledge/ skills would be given preference)

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience

• Minimum 3 to 6 years in Detailed Design / Architecture / Interior Design roles, as part of team for multidisciplinary airport and / or hospitality design projects in India.

• Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design

Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

>Effectively communicate with clients and sub-consultants while maintaining clarity both verbally and in writing during the entire duration of the project.

>Develop strong & cordial relations with client and all project stakeholders.
