• B. Arch / with minimum 9 to 12 years of professional experience in Design with focus on

Responsibilities :

As a Design Manager / Sr. Architect, your role encompasses overseeing the project from conceptualization to execution. You serve as the bridge between Business Heads, where project direction is determined, Client and team members who are actively involved in delivering the project. Effective communication at all levels will be the key to maintain the project's vision and ensuring seamless delivery.

Your Responsibilities shall include:

Problem Solver & Design Process Expertise:

> Demonstrate acute attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills in resolving challenges.
> Possess a deep understanding of the design process, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards.

Technical Proficiency:

>Develop high quality plans, conceptual drawings and key details in AutoCAD / Revit / & BIM

>Three-dimensional visualisation of architectural, spatial and construction systems in Sketch-up/Revit or equivalent software.

>Demonstrate broad-based knowledge of materials, construction methodologies, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services to make informed decisions and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Expertise in Documentation and Specifications:

Possess expertise in preparing accurate and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), analysing market rates, and defining process specifications to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

>Lead the planning and execution of projects throughout their lifecycle.

>Optimum utilisation of available resources to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Knowledge Management & Database Development:

Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness:

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, consistently upskilling to maintain relevance.

Multitasking and Prioritization:

Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

>Effectively communicate with clients and sub-consultants while maintaining clarity both verbally and in writing during the entire duration of the project.
