Arch : Architects with minimum 9 to 14 years of professional experience This role is core to driving the digital transformation on ambitious airport and hospitality projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, design excellence, and project efficiency. >>This is a senior strategic role, responsible for leading BIM implementation, overseeing digital project delivery, and managing BIM standards across major Airport and Hospitality projects for the firm. This role demands technical mastery, organizational leadership, quality assurance expertise, and stakeholder engagement at all levels. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM Implementation: Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), manage project workflows, information protocols, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Oversee BIM processes for design and construction of airport and hospitality projects from inception to completion. Quality Assurance & Standards: Establish, enforce, and periodically audit BIM standards, templates, and modelling protocols (LOD/LOI, data exchange formats). Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models for use in quantity take-offs, construction documentation, and facility management Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary BIM team (coordinators, modelers). Organize regular upskilling sessions for internal staff and external project partners, including training on advanced BIM tools and workflows. Technology and Process Advancement: Stay updated with emerging BIM/digital construction technologies and recommend new tools for project and organizational needs. Lead pilot initiatives and process improvement projects for digital transformation. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain all BIM project documents, execution plans, drawing sets, and model data for internal and audit purposes. Ensure proper file management and data security in the common data environment (CDE). Project Coordination and Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among architecture, MEP, and structural teams using shared BIM environments (Revit, Navisworks, BIM360). Resolve design clashes, coordinate deliverables, and drive virtual design efficiency. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Present BIM strategies, model updates, and analytics to clients, contractors, and airport/hospitality operators. Interface with consultants to ensure BIM deliverables and contractual requirements are met. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot BIM-related technical/modelling problems; resolve workflow bottlenecks and data integration issues. Visualization & Reporting: Oversee development of 3D/4D/5D models to support visualization, scheduling, and cost estimation on large-scale airport/hospitality projects. Produce dashboards and BIM compliance reports for senior management and clients. Required Experience & Skills Experience: Minimum 9 years in BIM roles, with at least 5 years managing large, multidisciplinary airport and / or hospitality design projects in India. Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture or Engineering; advanced certifications in BIM (Autodesk, PMI) preferred. Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, and 4D/5D modelling tools. Strong grasp of quality assurance protocols, LOD frameworks, and model validation. Leadership: Proven track record managing BIM teams, training staff, and driving change management. Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels. Process & Compliance: Experience with BIM standards (ISO 19650), execution plan development, and multi-format data exchange.
