Project Data Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Data Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in keeping information updated and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update project details on the company portal with the latest and most accurate information.
• Maintain structured digital folders/drives for project-related documents.
• Upload new projects, ensuring consistency across all data and records.
• Monitor reliable sources for project updates and share relevant information with the team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth access to project-related files and resources.

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of prior experience in a similar role involving information management, online platforms, or administrative coordination.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with online research and cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar) is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹161,221.08 - ₹335,434.19 per year
