Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• ​Project Planning & Execution: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities, resources, and equipment. Monitor progress and track project timelines, escalating any potential delays or issues.

​• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.

• ​Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain an organized and up-to-date project management system. Assist with data analysis and report generation to help assess project performance.

• ​Risk Management: Identify and flag potential risks and challenges to the project manager. Contribute to the development of mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

​Qualifications:

• ​2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.• ​Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• ​Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• ​Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• ​Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
