As a Project Coordinator for the Windows & Facade division at Valueline in Delhi, you play a crucial role in ensuring precision and excellence in every project. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the ordering process with suppliers, from initiating orders to monitoring fabrication, quality checks, and on-site installation. You will be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly, and providing real-time status updates to management. Coordinating effectively among various teams including Project Manager, Sales, Purchase, Fabrication Unit, Logistics, and Site Incharges will be essential for successful project execution. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the windows/facade industry. Strong knowledge of supplier management, order flow, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines are essential.
