About Us

Onlee Agency is a vibrant digital agency crafting custom, high-impact websites for startups, SMEs, and global brands. We’re expanding our India team and need a sharp, proactive Project Coordinator to help deliver flawless projects and happy clients.

What You’ll Do

• Be the main client contact from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth updates and quick responses.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Build and update timelines, task boards, and status reports using Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Gather client requirements, feedback, and assets; turn them into clear tasks for the team.
• Host kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and review meetings (all in fluent English).
• Flag risks early, solve small issues fast, and escalate only when needed.
• Help with post-launch handovers, basic training, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or digital agencies (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Fluent English (spoken & written) – you’ll speak directly with Indian & international clients.
• Comfort with project tools (Asana, Trello, Google Sheets).
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Basic knowledge of websites (WordPress, Webflow, Figma, hosting) is a bonus, not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or relevant certification.
