Project Coordinator - Veeva Vault PromoMats

As a Project Associate at our technology-led healthcare solutions provider, you will play a vital role in supporting the document review process in platforms like Veeva Vault PromoMats and/or MedComms. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating and troubleshooting challenges by collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, external vendors, and customers. You will need to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards. In this role, you will be expected to be familiar with different deliverable types across Medical affairs and commercial space, as well as have an understanding of copyright management for references, images, etc., ensuring that L-MACH tactics are PMC compliant. You will also be responsible for ensuring that tactics are PMC approved before being routed for medical approval for global use or uploaded on any repository. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the tactics migration tracker from SharePoint to AEM, managing the accuracy of metadata while uploading the PMC assets onto content gallery, and tactics onto Veeva Vault for approvals. You will also ensure that HE fulfilment requests are processed within the defined timeframe. To excel in this role, you should possess effective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders, strong time management abilities, and stakeholder management skills. A good understanding of MA tactic types, copyright, license agreement management (PMC), and adherence to processes is essential. Expertise in routing platforms such as AEM, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Capacity Planner Tool, Wrike, etc., will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant experience and must have experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
