Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator & Fundraising Officer.

The role is a multi-faceted position combining project management, fundraising and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable outcomes.

Core Responsibility:
1. Generator funds through individual & corporate donations, CSR funding and Foreign Currency remittances.

The candidate must proactively identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with corporate partners. They will be responsible for writing funding proposals, pitching projects, and securing financial support through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and other corporate partnership models.

2. Would have to maintain up to date record of activities undertaken, fund utilization and outcomes.

3. Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and predefined objectives.4. Prepare comprehensive reports for internal management and external donors, demonstrating the impact of their investment.

Desired Candidate Profile:
a. Proven experience in fundraising, specifically with corporate CSR.b. Strong project management skills with a focus on monitoring and evaluation.c. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.d. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting.

e. A self-motivated, proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently to achieve targets.

This role is strictly result-oriented, and success will be measured against clear metrics for fundraising & project delivery.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
