CTC: 25k-30k pm

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferably in Social Work, Education, or related fields)

Location: Noida – 201301

On Contract – 5 months (can be extended as per project requirement)

Y4D Foundation works with the mission of "Empowering The Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Coordination: Oversee mobilization, skilling centre operations, and placement activities to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of targets within the timeline.
• Community Outreach: Support junior mobilizers in conducting outreach activities in rural and urban areas to maximize candidate enrollment.
• Candidate Screening: Verify eligibility of candidates before enrollment by conducting counseling sessions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist and collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, community leaders, and educational institutions to enhance outreach efforts.
• Screening & Counseling: Assess candidates’ interests, qualifications, and suitability for different training programs and career opportunities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Collect and maintain records of photos, success stories, student feedback, and case studies.
• Student Welfare: Oversee food, residential arrangements (if applicable), and address any concerns related to student well-being.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
