About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Operations & Customer Experience) who can manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver an exceptional experience to customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, coordination, and communication across teams and clients. Responsibilities • Communicate with the customers and record their project guidelines. • Proceed with the order and assign the same to your teammates. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget. • Monitor ongoing projects to identify delays, risks, and quality issues. • Maintain operational trackers, CRM entries, and documentation. P.S. Your WhatsApp, Smartphone, and Laptop will be required to complete the entire customer journey. Eligibility • Graduate (with academically decent or above performance). • Willing to work full-time from the office (Pitampura). • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). • Leadership qualities, ability to guide team members and ensure task completion. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
