Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out Industry. As part of the role, you will report to the Project Coordinator Head and should be located in or around Andheri. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Presentations are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include having knowledge of materials used in interior projects, experience in client coordination, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to gather information on market prices for suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment based on previous projects and recent data. You will be required to secure the best prices from suitable sources and prepare final proposals with special commercial and technical terms and clarifications. Additionally, you will play a key role in cost breakdowns related to new scopes, change or variation orders, and collaborate with the sales team to develop Company Profiles and prequalification submissions for potential clients. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and the required experience includes 3 years in interior work and making PPT presentations.
