Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Logistics: Organizing meetings, agendas, workflows, and project timelines.
• Documentation: Maintaining project plans, status reports, and records.
• Communication: Facilitating information flow between team members, managers, and external partners.
• Monitoring Progress: Tracking tasks, milestones, and deliverables; highlighting risks or blockers.
• Reporting: Preparing updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with planning, resource allocation, and managing project budgets/costs.

Role in the Project Lifecycle:Project Coordinators manage the operational "how" of a project, supporting Project Managers who focus more on strategic decisions, priorities, and stakeholder alignment. They ensure tasks are completed, information is current, and the project's day-to-day execution is efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
