Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines using tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Identify project risks and issues; support the mitigation and resolution process.
Ensure all team members are informed of responsibilities and deadlines.
Prepare presentations, progress reports, and other project-related materials.
Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities as required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
PMP / CAPM certification (a plus but not mandatory).
