We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee project activities, coordinate between teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress while maintaining smooth communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and timelines across multiple teams.
• Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Facilitate communication between technical, design, and management teams.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or issues and communicate them to the project manager.
• Support the project team in administrative tasks and resource allocation.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
