NAME OF POSTS: Project Executive Coordinator (Maintenance) (Water RO Industry)

Job role: Project Executive manager (Projects & Maintenance)

age limit: 35-45 yrs

Experience: at least 7 yrs in the same field

salary : 20000/- to 25000/- (gross pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in handling breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules for machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure
• Coordinate with project, production, and operations teams to minimize downtime
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and repair of mechanical/electrical systems
• Track equipment history and ensure documentation of maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor coordination
• Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and resource optimization
• Train and guide technicians and junior maintenance staff
• Prepare reports for management regarding project site maintenance status

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• experience of handling ETP,STP, WTP R.O. water-related projects
• Proven leadership skills and project execution capability
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites (if required)

Educational Background

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Experience: 7+ years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in industrial or utility plants.
