Project Coordinator – Furniture & Fixtures

· Coordinate and supervise the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment at client sites.

· Act as the primary site contact between the company, client, contractors, and vendors.

· Prepare and monitor installation schedules, ensuring timely execution of work.

· Supervise and guide installation teams/contractors to maintain quality and safety standards.

· Conduct site inspections to check alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

· Maintain accurate site reports including work progress, delays, and challenges.

· Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials at site.

· Resolve on-site issues, escalate critical matters to the Project Manager, and suggest corrective actions.

· Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) for seamless project execution.

· Assist in handover process by ensuring snag lists are completed and client sign-off is obtained.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent.

· 2–5 years’ experience in furniture installation, interiors, shopfitting, or related site coordination.

· Strong knowledge of furniture/fixture installation methods, site safety, and quality standards.

· Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
