Job Description

As a Project Coordinator (Fresher) in our IT project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities. - Coordinating with internal teams such as developers, testers, and designers to ensure smooth task execution. - Tracking project progress using tools like spreadsheets. - Helping prepare and maintain project documentation. - Scheduling and attending meetings, as well as recording and following up on action items. - Communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide updates under supervision. - Identifying basic project risks and escalating them to the Project Manager. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Basic understanding of the software development life cycle. - Familiarity with project management tools is a plus. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 per month. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule requiring in-person work at our location. Fluency in English is required for this role.
