Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Fresher) to join our IT project team. You will collaborate with Project Managers, developers, designers, and clients to ensure the timely delivery, adherence to scope, and high quality of projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Project Manager in organizing project activities, coordinating with internal teams for smooth task execution, tracking project progress using tools like spreadsheets, preparing and maintaining project documentation, scheduling and attending meetings, recording and following up on action items, communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide updates under supervision, and identifying basic project risks to escalate to the Project Manager. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of the software development life cycle. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment is highly valued. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
