Job Summary:

Project Coordinator Store Development & Civil Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all activities related to

    new store openings

    , including

    sourcing

    ,

    civil works

    , and

    asset management

    .
  • Partner with

    consultants, vendors, and suppliers

    for site identification, planning, estimation, and execution of projects.
  • Work closely with

    cross-functional teams

    (business, operations, design, procurement, etc.) to align project timelines and deliverables.
  • Supervise and monitor

    vendor performance

    , ensure compliance with project requirements, and track progress against timelines.
  • Review and validate

    BOQ, BOM, vendor estimations, and cost structures

    for all civil and maintenance-related work.
  • Interpret and analyze

    layout drawings

    , assess asset requirements, and validate quantities needed per store.
  • Coordinate

    asset ordering and installation

    , ensuring all assets meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Verify vendor

    work orders, bills, and measurements

    against actual site work and layouts for accuracy and approval.
  • Monitor

    maintenance schedules

    and ensure timely resolution of civil and infrastructure issues post-handover.
  • Support initiatives for

    asset reuse and optimization

    to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain daily project reports and update the central team with progress and key milestones.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Civil Engineering

    ,

    Project Management

    ,

    Architecture

    , or a related field.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus (not mandatory).
