Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will frequently coordinate with Customers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers to ensure that clients" needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Additionally, you will chair site meetings, distribute minutes to all project team members, plan and deliver projects as per timelines, update the dashboard periodically, and follow up on project status. It will be your responsibility to keep the project manager and others informed about the project's status and any issues that may impact client relations.
