Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Summary

The Project Coordinator will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and internal teams at RAY Artchitects, ensuring seamless coordination of design, quality, time, and cost across all project stages. This role demands proactive communication, meticulous planning, and a strong sense of ownership to deliver a high-end client experience in line with RAY’s premium design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interface & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal design, engineering, and execution teams.
• Conduct regular project meetings, updates, and presentations to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Document all discussions, decisions, and approvals for accountability and clarity.

Design Coordination

• Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape design teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Track design progress and ensure timely delivery of drawings and details to site.
• Facilitate design approvals and manage revisions as per client inputs and site conditions.

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with site engineers and vendors to ensure timelines are met.
• Highlight delays or risks proactively and assist in corrective actions.

Quality & Execution Oversight

• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution by coordinating between site and design teams.
• Conduct periodic site inspections with the design and QA teams.
• Track and ensure adherence to material specifications and workmanship standards.

Cost & Documentation

• Support the estimation and procurement teams with quantity checks, BOQ validation, and vendor coordination.
• Track project budgets, change orders, and variations with cost implications.
• Ensure proper documentation of approvals, drawings, and site progress.

Reporting & Coordination

• Generate weekly project status reports (design, cost, progress) for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Ensure alignment of all project stakeholders with RAY’s project goals and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.
• 3–7 years of experience in design coordination or project management within an architectural or design-build environment.
• Experience in luxury residential or turnkey interior projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
