As a Project Coordinator (Civil) at our company in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor day-to-day activities on the construction site and maintain detailed reports. - Provide daily project updates to the Project Director. - Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and vendors to streamline project operations. - Assist with administrative tasks such as managing project documents, correspondence, and invoices. - Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Support documentation, billing, and financial tracking for project-related expenses. - Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Director when necessary. - Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with diverse groups effectively. - Demonstrate leadership potential by motivating and guiding team members under the guidance of a Project Manager. Required Skills: - Possess a basic understanding of construction processes and project workflows. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask effectively and perform fieldwork as required. - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word for project documentation. - Strong time management and organizational skills are essential. - Willingness to work in and around Tirupur.
