As a Project Coordinator (Civil) at our company, you will play a crucial role in project management within the construction sector. Ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience, this position offers an opportunity to monitor construction site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor day-to-day activities on the construction site and maintain reports. - Report daily project updates to the Project Director. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors. - Provide administrative and clerical support, including managing project documents, correspondence, invoices, and filing. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Support documentation, billing, and financial tracking for project-related expenses. - Identify potential risks and issues, escalating problems to the project director when necessary. - Utilize strong communication skills for liaising with diverse groups. - Demonstrate leadership potential by motivating and guiding team members while supporting a project manager. Required Skills: - Basic understanding of construction processes and project workflows. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and handle fieldwork as needed. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project documentation. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Willingness to work in and around Tirupur.
