Job Description

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact during the entire Implementation process

  • Engage with ISW technical team and customer to ensure the solution is successfully implemented.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ISW products.
  • Conduct scheduled meetings with the prospect including kick-off, weekly checkpoint, and final wrap-up meetings.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders before, during, and after each Implementation.
  • Coordinate other ISW resources (Engineering, PSO) that may be critical to the Implementation process.
  • Create and/or improve implementation contracts, templates, success criteria methodology, and presentations.

Skill Requirements

  1. Project management experience, preferably in the Professional Services/Managed Services Setup.
  2. Minimum 2 years as project analyst/coordinator/junior role.
  3. Exposure to financial reporting/accounting product implementation would be an added advantage.
  4. Customer management/client facing experience.
  5. Working with technical and business consultants to ensure the successful delivery of services for ISW customers.
  6. Follow defined Global PMO methodology, standards, and processes.
  7. Be able to multitask, managing several projects at different lifecycle stages, while following defined processes.
  8. Undertake various project coordination activities including:
    1. Validate project information accuracy, upon project initiation (based on activation checklist)
    2. Ensure Service Record has named resources assigned to it
    3. Confirm existence and accuracy ofspecificService Record fields i.e., planned hours, stage.
    4. UpdatespecificService Record fields while project is active i.e., planned hours, stage.
    5. Re-allocate hours across assignments (if needed)
    6. Plan (forecast) future hours of resources in the worksheet view of the Professional Services Automation system (90 days running window)
    7. Send client, periodic budget/hours balance reports.
    8. Close project (based on check list) once work concludes.
  9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and analytical, problem-solving capability.
  10. Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills.
  11. Manage changing situations while maintaining a positive view towards delivery.
  12. Experience with industry-standard business and productivity tools (Microsoft Excel and Word, timekeeping systems, and collaboration tools).
  13. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  14. Excellent communication skills and strong professionalism.
