Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to address challenges and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
