Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and adapting strategies to meet evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with data visualization techniques to present findings clearly. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
