Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Control & Risk Management Expert to develop, implement, and oversee effective project control systems and risk management strategies. This role will ensure the multimodal transport hub project stays on schedule, within budget, and mitigates potential risks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project control systems including cost control, schedule control, and performance measurement.Identify, analyze, and quantify project risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.Monitor project progress and prepare regular status, variance, and risk reports for senior management.Coordinate with project planners, schedulers, and finance teams to integrate controls across all disciplines.Facilitate risk workshops and promote risk awareness among project stakeholders.Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards for project controls and risk management.Support change management processes and assess impact on project scope, cost, and schedule.Use software tools like Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Expertise in project control tools (Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project).

Professional certifications like PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) or PMP preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 15 years of experience in project control and risk management on large-scale infrastructure or transport projects. Professional certifications like PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) or PMP preferred. Expertise in project control tools (Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
