Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Track expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain a risk register and update regularly.

Reporting & Documentation:

Generate periodic progress reports for stakeholders.
Ensure accurate documentation of project changes, delays, and cost impacts.

Coordination:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with contractors and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls for building or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in scheduling and cost control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
