Mechanical Equipment Installation & Commissioning: AHUs with filters (Pre, F6, F9, H14), Magnehelic gauges, VCDs, CAVs HEPA filters, diffusers, HEPA modules, room magnehelic gauges AHU manifold lines with gauges, valves, vents, strainers Ducting (supply & return), plenum, TFA, and louver installation Chillers (air & water-cooled), pumps, cooling towers, VRF systems Filter cleaning stations, cold rooms (classified/unclassified) Carbon towers and process exhaust fans Project Execution & Site Management: HVAC mechanical work execution as per design and standards Load calculations using E-20, ASHRAE/ISHRAE guidelines Duct sizing, estimation, BOQ preparation & tender documentation Team supervision - ducting, plumbing, cladding & covingEquipment maintenance and preventive servicing Project documentation for handover and validation (airflow, temp mapping) Client coordination and procurement status follow-up Qualifications: BE/BTech Mech Engg.
