Project Co-ordinator

Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient execution of home automation projects. The role involves coordinating between internal teams (supervisors, technicians), external stakeholders (architects, clients), and ensuring smooth workflow from planning to installation.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Act as a communication bridge between supervisors, technicians, and architects at the site.
• Coordinate day-to-day progress, report site issues, and resolve delays through proper team updates.
• Schedule site visits and ensure that Supervisors are aligned with project timelines.
• Coordinate service calls and post-installation site visits.
• Schedule technician deployment for service-related tasks and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a log of service issues, completion status, and client feedback for reporting and improvement.
• Maintain project documentation: work plans, checklists, updates, and delivery timelines.
• Track inventory and purchase status related to project requirements.
• Support operations manager with daily/weekly progress reports.
• Liaise with architects and site representatives to understand design and installation requirements.
• Ensure client specifications are conveyed to the technical team accurately.
• Review & ensure that technicians follow company Standard Operations Procedures for installation and Service.
• Monitor completion of milestone activities.
• Escalate risks or technical issues to the operations manager in time.

Skills & Requirements: -

• 1–2 years of experience in technical coordination or Automation field .
• Basic understanding of wiring and automation project flow
• Knowledge with Google Sheets, WhatsApp updates, and basic project tools

QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS
MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

EXPERIENCE : 1 year Above
LOCATION - Calicut
