Operations Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive Assistant to support our operations team in daily coordination, documentation, and project management activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have working knowledge of CAD software (preferred).

Assist the Operations team in managing day-to-day project activities and documentation.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Prepare and maintain reports, project records, and schedules.

Support in operational planning, procurement follow-ups, and logistics coordination.

Review and update drawings or layouts using CAD (preferred).

Handle internal communication, data entry, and file management efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.

Prior experience in Operations / Project Coordination will be an added advantage.

Basic CAD knowledge preferred.

Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
